Mr. Duncan is a 1989 graduate of Drexel University (where he studied engineering) and a 1994 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he was named a Dean's Scholar and appointed by the faculty to be Research Chair of the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Board. Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Hon. Howard T. Snyder, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. Mr. Duncan then went on to become an equity partner with one of the nation's largest corporate law firms as well as a well-respected ligation boutique.
Mr. Duncan has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest possible ranking, and has maintained that rating continuously for more than 10 years.
